2. **Estimate for Repair**: After diagnosing the issue, we provide you with a detailed estimate for the repair. This estimate will include the cost of labor and materials, ensuring there are no surprises down the line.

3. **On-Site Repairs (Subject to Material Availability)**: If the necessary materials are available, our technicians will proceed with making the repairs on-site during the initial visit. We aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible to minimize any disruption to your home or business.

4. **Scheduling a Follow-Up Visit**: In cases where materials are not immediately available, we will schedule a follow-up visit at your earliest convenience to complete the repairs. We strive to be flexible and accommodating to your schedule to ensure a seamless repair experience. There are also cases where unit replacement may be more cost-effective. In such cases we will work with you to deliver the best possible options and service, so that you can make the decision that is right for you.
